Our store policy does not allow returns of fibers or printed material. Therefore, kit purchases are nonreturnable. We will gladly correct shortages or errors on our part. Please call us at 585-248-3869 for assistance. Any class which cannot be held as scheduled will be rescheduled, and registrants informed. All kit and class purchases are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
